It is intended this way. Resilience is a metric that changes slowly and isn't expected to fluctuate frequently. To accurately calculate your resilience, a history of at least 183 days of biological age measurements is necessary.


Significant changes in resilience typically indicate a notable shift in someone's health status and are usually gradual, occurring as people age.
